The International Black Summit Network

The Summit Support Program

The International Black Summit Support Program provides the opportunity for participants and supporters of the International Black Summit to provide ongoing financial support to the conversations and programs of the Summit.  Participation in the IBS Support Program will provide funds to support the work of the International Black Summit, and a consistent flow of funds for the operation of the International Black Summit.  This consistent flow of funds allows for more effective budgeting and management of the Summit programs.  The IBS Support Program is also intended to encourage participants of the Summit to take a more active role in the IBS throughout the year.

Program Description

Individuals and companies can make a one-time contribution or an annual pledge with contributions throughout the year to support the operations of the International Black Summit.  This program can be used to support participants who choose to tithe with the International Black Summit.

Program participants can pledge any amount they choose.  Please also note:

  • IBS Support Program participants making an annual pledge of at least $600.00 ($50.00 per month) will automatically be registered for the next Summit.
  • IBS Support Program participants making an annual pledge of at least $3,000.00 ($250.00 per month) will automatically be registered for the next Summit and hotel accommodations for each Planning Body Meeting (Friday and Saturday evening) will be provided at no additional cost.
  • IBS Support Program participants making an annual pledge of at least $12,000.00 ($1,000.00 per month) will automatically be registered for the next Summit and hotel accommodations for each Planning Body Meeting (Friday and Saturday evening) and the Summit (Thursday-Sunday evening) will be provided at no additional cost.

Program participants must be current with their pledges to receive the above stated benefits.

Contributions can be made by check or debit/credit card.  Monthly contributors choosing to contribute by check will be invoiced monthly and monthly contributors choosing to contribute by debit/credit card will have their cards charged automatically each month.

Use of Funds

The funds provided through the IBS Support Program will be utilized for expenses of planning and conducting the Summit event and other programs of the International Black Summit and as specified in this document. At this time, program participants will not be offered the opportunity to specify the use of their contributions in this program.

Program Period

Monthly contributors in the IBS Support Program may choose to participate for a specified period of time (e.g., one year, two years, etc.), or may choose to participate indefinitely until they decide to terminate their participation.

Hi Jill!  I just got your friend request.  Haven't visited this site for a long time.  I came today looking for the radio show, but don't see it.  :-(  Anyhoo, I'll talk to you later.  Hope you enjoyed…
