Glenn Greenidge’s coaching structure, The 90 Day Enhancement Program, co-founded with Byron Johns, builds businesses by helping decision makers to plan goal priorities, set up project implementation plans, and organize team building. 

Participants altered their relationship to planning

• Create a written plan
• Understand the different cycles of implementing a plan
• Manage themselves through the implementation of the plan
• Modify the implementation of the plan inside of the cycles
• Become aware of their emotional relationship to the plan

Participants spend time learning the fundamentals of Project Plan Creation

• Clearly defining Objectives, Goals, Action Items, and Practices
• Providing a scope for the plan implementation
• Spending time determining realistic results in the Project Plan timeline

• Find the Project Plans directly related to their personal Vision

•  Explore their personal behaviors related to the implementation of the Project Plan

• Gain confidence and competence in developing long term and short term planning

• Use the 90 Day Enhancement Program as a structure to move their Projects forward

• Use one another as a shared reference point for their growth & development while working with planning and implementing their projects
